The production plant of Steel City is engaged in iron smelting, and we employ skilled steel-smelting personnel alongside machines that aid in creating precise mixtures of various compounds that are appropriate for each type of steel, meeting the same standards before being poured into the crucible. This process helps in forming cast iron in various formats as desired.
After the forging process at Steel City, each piece of work undergoes a quality control inspection to ensure the best possible output from the production factory, then assembled into products and any electrical conduit assembly equipment available for sale is inspected by a Spectro machine in the Steel City production lab to ensure its quality. The electrical conduit assembly equipment is made of cast iron and is considered standardised electrical equipment.
